BOARD FUNCTIONS
The Board provides
leadership and guidance in determining the long-term
vision and direction of the company.
The Board
also discuss and review the business and performance
of the company, authorise the release of annual
and interim financial results and approve the
company's overall strategic plans, annual budgets
and investment proposals.
