REMUNERATION AND COMPENSATION COMMITTEE

The main duties of the Remuneration Committee include:
a.
Review of the remuneration package of the Managing Director, Group Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director(s) and key Senior Management staff, and
b.
Determining the salary adjustments, bonuses and benefits for the Managing Director, Group Chief Executive Officer and the Executive Directors.
