70th ANNIVERSARY: Seven
decades of success
2003 marked the 70th Anniversary
of Hiap Moh. From a small family business in the
colony of Singapore in 1933, we have weathered
seven decades to become one of the most established
paper merchants in Asia.
To commemorate the
70th Anniversary of the Group, the Board has recommended
the payment of special dividends of 2% per ordinary
share less tax.
This special dividend
shall be in addition to a first and final dividend
of 5% less tax. Both dividends shall be payable
on 19 May 2004.
